What is the maximum weight limit for a scooter? 

Answer: Our scooters are tested for riders up to 150 lbs.

What are the height limits of the handlebar on the scooters? 

Answer: All scooters have three adjustable handlebar height settings - ranging from 30” to 35”.  

What is the return policy for Walk-Onz Sports products?

What is the warranty for scooters, skateboards, and protective gear?

Answer: Product is warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.  Proof of purchase required for warranty to be effective. Walk-Onz Sports is not liable for incidental or consequential damage or loss due directly or indirectly to the use of our products. Please refer to the instruction manual that was included with your scooter for warning and caution statements.


I do not see my team available, what do I do? 

Answer: We’re adding new teams to our lineup but if you don’t see your favorite MLB, NHL, NCAA or NBA team listed on our site, please send us a message and we’ll do our best to accommodate in the future.

What size are the helmets? 

Answer: The helmets are intended for kids ages 5+ and fit head sizes of 53-57cm.  There are adjustable straps on the exterior of the helmet and an adjustable cog on the inside of the padded helmet to ensure a secure fit.

I have a scooter with light-up wheels, how do I make it light up? 

Answer: All of our scooters that feature light-up wheels are motion activated. That means you generate the power to light up the wheels as you ride! No batteries are required.

How do I clean my scooter or helmet? 

Answer: To clean your product, we recommend using a wet cloth or rag with water and remove dirt and debris. Only use water as some chemicals can impact the logos and grip tape.  

How quickly should I expect my order to arrive? 

Answer: Orders are processed on a daily basis, Monday-Friday and shipped from our location in Southern California. Please refer to your emailed invoice for shipping details.
